SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY — Revan Club
ADDRESS ACCURACY
All orders will be shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout. Please ensure all information is accurate and complete to avoid delivery issues. We cannot be held responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete address entries.
RECIPIENT ABSENT
Please make sure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address. The postal service will attempt delivery up to three times. If no one is available, the package will be taken to the nearest post office and must be collected within 7 consecutive days.
If the package is not picked up within this period, it will be returned to us. In such cases, reshipping will require an additional payment for a new delivery.
Delivery attempt details and pick-up instructions will be provided via the tracking code sent by email, and can be monitored on the local postal service website.
INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS
In the event of a failed delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the package will be returned to the sender with no further delivery attempts.
The customer will be responsible for a new shipping fee of $15 (shipping + handling) to have the order resent. Refunds will not be issued for such cases.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, which includes payment confirmation, product separation, packaging, and dispatch.
TRACKING INFORMATION
A tracking number will be sent to your email within up to 7 business days after your order is processed.
As this is an international shipment, tracking may only become visible 5 to 10 business days after dispatch, once the package is in transit.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
Delivery is estimated to take between 10 to 20 business days from the shipping date. However, over 80% of our orders arrive within 15 business days.
SHIPPING ORIGIN
Our products are shipped from warehouses in Europe and Asia.
In some cases, your order may arrive in separate packages, and individual tracking numbers will be provided.
DELIVERY METHODS
All deliveries are handled by the local postal services.
In case of failed delivery due to recipient absence, regional delivery limitations, or address issues, the customer may need to collect the parcel from the nearest post office.
Please ensure your address is filled out completely and correctly. Delivery failures caused by inaccurate address information will be the customer’s responsibility.
