Return Policy
At Revan Club, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received — unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase or a receipt is also required.

Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your item. Please note that items returned without prior request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We will evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (like food or flowers), custom products (like personalized items), and personal care goods (like cosmetics). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have any doubts about a specific item, please contact us before placing your order.

Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a new purchase for the desired product.

European Union 30-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 30 days for any reason, with no justification required. The item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags and packaging, and include the proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If the refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
